Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse and order from Chinni Charms. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Our products

We sell antique one gram gold and premium imitation jewellery. As these are handcrafted and photographed pieces, slight variations in colour, finish, and detail from what you see on screen are normal and are not defects. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice.

Placing an order

Orders are placed through our website and confirmed over WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it with you. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a listing has an error — and will let you know if we do.

Payment

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payment is arranged directly with you over WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. There is no online payment gateway on this website, so we never ask for card or banking details through the site.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are dispatched through India Post or a courier service. Delivery timelines and any shipping charges are confirmed with you over WhatsApp when your order is placed, as they depend on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or events outside our control.

Returns & exchanges

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or exchange. Because of the nature of jewellery and hygiene, some items may not be eligible for return — we will explain what applies to your order when you reach out.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Limitation of liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in our place of business.
